HIFI closed a $37 million Series A round led by Left Lane Capital to expand its tokenized capital markets settlement infrastructure. The company is building rails designed to handle settlement of tokenized securities and related instruments at institutional scale, targeting the gap between on-chain asset issuance and compliant, final settlement that traditional post-trade systems were not designed to support.
For Armada's crypto-repo desk, HIFI represents the category of settlement infrastructure that could underpin future tokenized T-Bill collateral transfers and repo cash-leg finality. As Armada scales, the reliability and legal standing of settlement rails used by counterparties will matter operationally. Armada should evaluate whether HIFI's architecture is compatible with Fireblocks custody flows and whether it achieves the settlement finality standards required under its repo agreements.
