A major South Korean trading conglomerate, working with LG CNS, has conducted a pilot tokenizing trade receivables on a public or permissioned blockchain. The test represents an early institutional use case for non-financial-asset tokenization in Asia, and follows similar pilots by European banks and commodity traders seeking to improve working-capital efficiency through on-chain settlement.
Armada's crypto-repo desk currently lists BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE, and tokenized T-Bills as accepted collateral. As tokenization expands to receivables and other non-sovereign assets, counterparties โ particularly family offices and market makers โ may attempt to pledge novel tokenized instruments. Armada's collateral schedule should explicitly address eligibility criteria before inbound requests arrive.
