Boerse Stuttgart Adds SocGen, SG-FORGE, flatexDEGIRO to Tokenized Settlement Network Seturion

Boerse Stuttgart announced that Societe Generale, its digital asset subsidiary SG-FORGE, and broker flatexDEGIRO have joined Seturion, its pan-European tokenized securities settlement network. Nasdaq's European trading venues are also connecting to Seturion to facilitate tokenized securities trading and settlement. The additions represent a meaningful step toward institutional-grade, multi-party tokenized settlement infrastructure in Europe, with major bank and exchange backing.

For Armada's crypto repo desk, SG-FORGE's participation is particularly relevant. SG-FORGE has been among the most active issuers of tokenized bonds and structured products in Europe, and its presence on Seturion increases the likelihood that tokenized collateral assets will have verifiable, exchange-backed settlement rails. As Armada develops its tokenized T-Bill collateral framework, understanding which settlement networks these instruments will clear through, and whether Fireblocks custody integrates with them, becomes a practical operational question.

Suggested action Monitor Seturion's asset scope to assess whether tokenized T-Bills or repo-eligible instruments will settle on this network and inform collateral sourcing strategy.
